Abstract
Ushbu tezisda huquq ustuvorligi indeksida yuqori o‘rinlarda turgan Daniya, Finlandiya va Gruziya davlatlarining tajribasi o‘rganilgan. Ularning huquqiy tizimlari va korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashda qo‘llangan usullari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda huquq ustuvorligi va korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar yoritilgan. Tezisda korrupsiyaning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy ta’sirlari hamda uning davlat boshqaruviga salbiy ta’siri haqida batafsil ma’lumot berilgan.
