Abstract
When you’re ready to turn your startup dream into a reality, choosing the right business entity is like choosing the right foundation. Entrepreneurs face a big choice: whether to form a limited liability company (LLC) or a corporation. This decision affects everything from how you pay income taxes to how you protect your personal assets from business risks. LLCs and corporations offer different benefits and have different rules.
This article is designed to help you figure out whether a corporation or an LLC is right for your business. Which one will be better for your business? Which one will be easier to form and maintain? While this article can’t give you an exact answer, it will try to show you the advantages and disadvantages of both corporations and LLCs.
