Abstract
Currently, there are serious challenges and threats to the country's security represents the uncontrolled operation and development of computer and telecommunications technologies that accompanied by an intensification of illegal activities. Moreover, the problem is not only in the quantitative growth of cybercrime, but also in its spread to almost all areas.
