How to Cite
Abstract
At present, the connection between three negative social phenomena that pose a serious danger to society, organized crime, corruption and the drug trade, is becoming completely obvious. Moreover, their interpenetration and interdependence, which are becoming increasingly apparent, actualize the problem of counteracting them.
